Hari Kishore, a resident of Maloya, died in an accident when his scooter was hit by an unknown vehicle near the Grain Market chowk in Sector 26, this morning.

  Pregnant women dies

A 27-year-old pregnant woman died mysteriously at her house in Ramgarh late last night. Reeta Sharma, who was full-term pregnant, had complained of a stomach ache. Her husband, who is an employee in Fun City, rushed her to General Hospital, Panchkula, where she died.

Purse stolen from car

A shopkeeper of Sector 23 filed a complaint that 29 mobiles phones worth Rs 2 lakh were stolen from his shop on Friday night. The police had not registered a case of theft as yet saying that it was investigating the matter.

Car robbery: HP police helps owner identify thieves

Qawwalis rendered at cultural show
