11 killed in road mishap
Bangalore, December 18
Eleven persons were killed and 16 others injured in a collision involving a tempo and a truck at Kunigal, about 65 km from here, today. According to reports received at the police headquarters, the deceased, all occupants of the tempo, were coming to Kunigal and the truck, loaded with gas cylinders, was bound for Mangalore from here when the mishap occurred. While nine persons died on the spot, two others died on way to the hospital. UNI
