High Court summons DC

The legal battle between the Centre and the Chandigarh Administration has literally placed UT Deputy Commissioner in the dock. Acting on a petition filed by the Union of India against the Chandigarh Administration and other respondents, the Punjab and Haryana High Court today directed him to be present in the court in person on Friday.
