Man jumps before train, dies

A 42-year-old man allegedly committed suicide by jumping before a train on the track in Sector 19 here last evening. The police recovered a detailed suicide note from the spot in which the victim, identified as Rajbir Singh, held his wife responsible for his death.

Prof RK Gupta, co-ordinator of BCom centralised admission has informed that the third counselling of BCom-I of centralised admission of Panjab University (PU), for Chandigarh colleges will be held on August 8 (8.30 AM onwards) in the university auditorium.
