High Court stays release of movie

With the stay order on the release of Punjabi movie ‘O my Pyo Ji’ that was set to be released on June 13, the hopes of the actors and fans awaiting the movie lie dashed. The release was stalled by a stay order from Ludhiana court on May 30 and it was later maintained by Punjab and Haryana High Court until the next hearing in July. The screening of the movie was stalled after Raj Yuvraj Singh Bains moved to court that Niharika Sahni, granddaughter of actor Balraj Sahni had denied him the rights as a co-producer.
