RTI activists lock up MC officials in office

Fed up with the callous attitude of MC officials, two RTI Activists, Rohit Sabharwal and Arvind Sharma, staged a dharna and locked the office of Zonal Commissioner Devinder Singh for not providing them the required information for many applications filed under the Right to Information Act.

Kidnapped boy rescued

Panic spread after an 11-year-old boy was allegedly kidnapped by a cyclist from Tajpur Road near Bharat Box factory this afternoon. As per the latest information provided by the area residents, the boy was spotted in an unconscious state on the roadside near Bhamia village. He was rushed to a hospital.

Couple goes missing, wife's body found in canal
