Three arrested on charge of yarn theft

Those arrested have been identified as Surinder Kumar, alias Handa, and Harjit Singh, both residents of New Subhash Nagar, and Shinderpal, alias Shindi, a resident of Shimla Colony.

2 held with smack worth Rs 1.4 crore
Ludhiana, February 4
The anti-narcotics cell has arrested two youths and seized smack worth Rs 1.4 crore from their possession. The youths have been identified as Harvinder, alias Hinda (24), and Lakhwinder, alias Lakha (20), both residents of Goohla in Kaithal district of Haryana. The duo was arrested at a naka set up near the Civil Hospital here.
