New Delhi, April 16 A Bench comprising Justices KS Radhakrishnan and CK Prasad passed an order after Additional Advocate-General Manjit Singh Dalal assured the court that the state government had cracked down on illegal mining in the area. Dalal today informed the Bench that the Divisional Commissioner, Gurgaon, who was conducting the inquiry, was being assisted by officials from the Police and Forest Departments.
