A newly wed woman today committed suicide by hanging herself from the ceiling of her in-laws’ house. The woman has been identified as 25-year-old Kamlesh Kaur who was married to Piara Singh of Dahrian village.

Two crushed under trains in Rajpura
Rajpura, August 13
Two people in separate incidents were crushed under speeding trains in Rajpura. The deceased have been identified as Joginder Singh (55), resident of Focal Point, Rajpura, and Varinder Kumar (45) of Gandhi Nagar, Rajpura.
