Bathinda Lecture on sucrose content: Prof Ashok K. Dhawan, Director, Centre for Plant Biotechnology, Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agriculture University (CCSHAU), Hisar, on Friday stressed on increasing the sucrose content from its current value 10-12 per cent to theoretically proved 25 per cent.
