Two ragis killed in road mishap: Two ragis, Jasbir Singh and Pritpal Singh, of Baba Hazara Singh Ghuman Gurdwara were killed when the motorcycle they were riding on rammed into a truck parked at a roadside near Bidhipur Railway Crossing last night. Pritpal Singh died on the spot, while Jasbir Singh succumbed to his injuries at a Hospital in Amritsar.

Youth booked for raping cousin:Kotwali police booked a youth of Hardev Nagar here for allegedly raping his cousin, a few days back. The girl had filed the complaint with the police that after giving her sedatives, the accused took her to Sirsa in his car and outraged her modesty there. Police conducted a preliminary investigation and booked the accused on Monday. Theft: Principal of the government senior secondary school, village Kutti, lodged a complaint with the police that six computers worth Rs 2.5 lakh had been stolen from the school on the intervening night of Sunday and Monday.
