Report cards on PU hostels out

In a bid to improve the condition of hostels, the Panjab University Student Council has finally prepared report cards of boys hostels. Report cards of girls hostels too will soon be ready. The endeavour, which was announced a month back, aims at getting the varsity authorities acquainted with hostellers’ feedback and making them answerable for the subsequent lapses.

CSIO develops eco-controlled storage facility

To prevent potatoes, a staple cash crop in this part of the world from spoiling due to improper storage environment, a modern storage house having sensors and electronic controls has been developed by the Central Scientific Instruments Organisation (CSIO) here.
