Minor among 4 held for robberies

After a series of setbacks on its so-called innovative schemes -- making Thiruvananthapuram prasad and Kerala spices available on the doorstep of residents of the region through post -- that were non-starters, its proposal to sell gold coins at its counters has finally clicked.

Justice Khehar steps down as admin judge

Justice Jagdish Singh Khehar of the Punjab and Haryana High Court is no more the administrative judge of the Chandigarh sessions division. Nearly five months after he was made the administrative judge of the sessions division here, he has rescued himself from the task. Chief Justice Tirath Singh Thakur communicated the information in this regard to other Judges of the high court during the “Full Court” meeting held yesterday afternoon.
