3 take oath as additional judges of HC

Pursuant to their elevation, district and sessions judges Mohinder Singh Sullar, Ram Chand Gupta and Gurdev Singh were today administered oath as additional judges of the Punjab and Haryana High Court by Chief Justice Tirath Singh Thakur. At a ceremony attended by sitting and retired judges of the high court, bureaucrats, relatives and 500 advocates, the judges swore to “bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of India as by law established”.
