Temperature: The minimum temperatures rose in Jammu and Kashmir and Punjab and changed little elsewhere. They were appreciably above normal in Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, above normal in Himachal Pradesh and normal in Uttarakhand. The lowest minimum temperature in the plains was 09.4°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab). Forecast valid until the morning of November 15: Rain/snow is likely to occur at many places in Jammu and Kashmir, at a few places in Himachal Pradesh and at isolated places in Uttarakhand. Rain/thundershowers are likely to occur at isolated places in Haryana, Punjab and northwest Rajasthan. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region. Outlook for the subsequent two days: Rainfall activity is likely to cease and night temperature likely to fall over the region.
