Temperature: The minimum temperatures changed little over the region. They were appreciably above normal in west Rajasthan, west Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, above normal in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, east Rajasthan and east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest minimum temperature in the plains was 10.4°C recorded at Adampur
(Punjab).
