Rainfall: Weather was mainly dry over the region.

Temperature: The maximum temperatures changed little. They were appreciably above normal in Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region. The highest maximum temperature in the region was 39.1°C recorded at Barmer (Rajasthan).

The minimum temperatures changed little. They were above normal in east Rajasthan, below normal in Jammu and Kashmir and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest minimum temperature in the plains was 14.4°C recorded at Meerut and Sarsawa (Uttar Pradesh).

Forecast valid until the morning of October 28: Weather will be mainly dry over the region.
