Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers have occurred at most places in Rajasthan, at a few places in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand and at isolated places in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cm are: Haryana: Nagina 1, Himachal Pradesh: Nahan 2 and Bhangmanali 1, East Rajasthan: (5 cm and above) Chittorgarh 23, Gangdhar 17, Gangrar 12, Chhabra, Chotisadri and Pirawa 10 each, Dug and Pachpahar 9 each, Begu, Dungla and Udaipur 8 each, Bhiwara, Badesar, Mandrayal and Nimbehera 7 each, Chipaboard, Mandal and Shahbad 6 each and Banera, Baran, Badisadri, Baswara, Danpur, Jagpura, Hamirgarh, Mandalgarh, Nithuwa, Pratapgarhand Sunel 5 each, West Rajasthan: Jodhpur 5, Barmer, Betu,Bhopalgarh, Fatehpur, Pachpedra and Sheo 3 each, Gida, Gudamali, Jodhpur(t), Shergarh and Sinderi 2 each and Balotra, Bhinmal, Bagoda, Bali, Godraroad, Jalore, Jatrain, Nokha, Raisinghnagar, Siwana and Sojat 1 each, East Uttar Pradesh: Chandradeepghat 3, Ballia (F.M), Birdghat and Turtipar 2 each and Banda (F.M), Bhatpurwaghat, Mirzapur (F.M.) and Varanasi A.P. 1 each, West Uttar Pradesh: Jhansi 4, Hindon 1 and Uttarakhand: Joshimath 7, Dehra Dun (F.M) 4, Dehra Dun 3, Pantnagar 2 and Banbasa, Mukteshwar and Uttarkashi 1.

Forecast valid until the morning of July 13: Rain/thundershowers will occur at many places in south Rajasthan and south Uttar Pradesh and at a few places in the rest of the region.

Heavy rainfall warning: Isolated heavy rain is likely insouth Rajasthan and south Uttar Pradesh during the next 48 hours.

Outlook for the subsequent two days: Decrease in rainfall activity in the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of July 13: Partly cloudy sky with possibility of rain/thundershowers.
