Centre superintendent of GGDSD college, Hariana ( Hoshiarpur district), Sardool Singh was found to be hand-in-glove with two in-service candidates of Punjab Police appearing at that centre as stray cases where a candidate, medically unfit or due to circumstances beyond his control, is allowed to appear for examination at a centre of his convenience.
