Invalid votes embarrass SAD-BJP

The ruling SAD-BJP combine is feeling a little embarrassed to find that its valid votes in support of NDA-backed candidate Bhairon Singh Shekhawat were less than the combined strength of its MLAs (68) in the Punjab assembly. In the assembly, there are 49 SAD MLAs and 19 of the BJP.
