Rainfall: Rain/snow has occurred at many places in Jammu and Kashmir and at a few places in Himachal Pradesh. Rain/thundershowers have occurred at isolated places in Haryana, Punjab and west Rajasthan. Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of precipitation in cm are: Jammu and Kashmir: Banihal and Batote 2 each and Pahalgam 1.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperatures fell appreciably in Punjab and changed little elsewhere. Departure: They were appreciably above normal in Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 10.0 degree Celsius recorded at Chandigarh.

Forecast (valid until the morning of November 21): Weather will be mainly dry in the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood (valid until the morning of November 21): Mainly clear sky. Mist in the morning. The minimum temperature will be around 14 degree Celsius.

Farmers’ weather bulletin for Delhi (forecast valid until the morning of November 21): Sky will be mainly clear.

Outlook for the subsequent two days: A fresh western disturbance likely to affect northwest parts of country under its influence rain/snow is likely at a few places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir and at isolated places in Uttaranchal. Isolated rain/thundershowers are also likely over north Haryana and Punjab.
