Rainfall: Rain/snow occurred at many places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather remained dry in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of precipitation in cm are: Jammu and Kashmir: Banihal, Batote, Pahalgam, Quazigund and Srinagar 1 each.

Temperature (past 24 hours change): The minimum temperature changed little.

Departure: They were appreciably above normal in Rajasthan and West Uttar Pradesh, above normal in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Punjab and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 8.8°C recorded at Sarsawa (Uttar Pradesh).

Forecast (valid until the morning of November 18): Rain/snow will occur at many places in Jammu and Kashmir and at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Uttaranchal.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood (valid until the morning of November 18): Mainly clear sky. Mist in the morning. The minimum temperature will be around 14°C.
