Rainfall: Rain/snow occurred at most places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather was dry in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of precipitation in cm are: Jammu and Kashmir: Kupwara 4, Pahalgam and Srinagar 3 each, Batote, Banihal and Quaziguand 2 each.

Temperature: (past 24 hours change): The minimum temperature changed little.

Departure: They were markedly above normal in Haryana and West Uttar Pradesh, appreciably above normal in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Rajasthan and East Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 12.4°C recorded at Udaipur (Rajasthan).

Forecast (valid until the morning of November 15): Rain/snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood (valid until the morning of November 15): Mainly clear sky. Mist/fog is likely tomorrow morning. The minimum temperature will be around 15°C.

Farmers’ weather bulletin for Delhi (forecast valid until the morning of November 15): Sky will be mainly clear.

Outlook for the subsequent two days: Fresh western disturbance is likely to affect the western Himalayan region. It is likely to cause rain/snow at a few places over Jammu and Kashmir and at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Uttaranchal. Mainly dry weather is likely in the rest of the region.
