The Chandigarh Housing Board (CHB) today claimed before the Punjab and Haryana High Court that it was suffering huge loss of Rs 16 lakh per day due to non-finalisation of the contract between it and M/s Parsvanath Developers Private Limited for development of residential, commercial and other related infrastructure facilities as an integrated project at the Rajiv Gandhi Chandigarh Technology Park.
