Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers have occurred at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather was dry in the rest of the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: The maximum temperatures changed little. Departure: They were above normal in east Uttar Pradesh, below normal in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir and normal in the rest of the region. The highest temperature in the region was 40.3oC recorded at Allahabad and Varanasi.

Forecast valid until the morning of April 14: Rain/thundershowers are likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.
