Rainfall: Rain/snow has occurred at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather was dry in the rest of the region. Kupwara (Jammu and Kashmir) has recorded 1 cm of precipitation.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperature rose appreciably in Jammu and Kashmir and changed little elsewhere. Departure: They were below normal in east Uttar Pradesh, above normal in Jammu and Kashmir and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 8.0°C recorded at Sarsawa (Uttar Pradesh).

Forecast valid until the morning of 13th November 2005: Rain/snow will occur at many places in Jammu and Kashmir, at a few places in Himachal Pradesh and at isolated places in Uttaranchal.
