Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers have occurred at isolated places in Haryana. Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperature rose in Haryana and changed little elsewhere. Departure: They were appreciably above normal in Haryana and west Rajasthan, above normal in east Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 11.2°C recorded at Sultanpur (Uttar Pradesh).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 5, 2005: Rain/snow is likely at a few places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Isolated rain/thundershowers are likely in Haryana, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Farmers weather bulletin for Delhi forecast valid until the morning of November 5, 2005: Light rain is likely at a few places.

Outlook for the subsequent two days: No large change.
