The Indo-Pakistan talks ran into trouble late last night with both sides failing to make any significant move, except to reiterate their resolve not to allow terrorism to impede the peace process.

At least 34 persons, including five women and 10 children, were today killed and 50 injured, many of them seriously, in a series of explosions in two cracker factories here, about 50 km from Patna.

Punjab to enact law on medical fee structure

The Punjab Government will bring a Bill in the coming session of the Punjab Assembly to regulate the functioning, fee structure and admission process in private medical, dental and other such professional colleges in the state.
