Whiff of nostalgia at Khalsa College |

The Old Students Association of Khalsa College for Women was established in 2001 with an aim of co- ordinating with the college and its management.
As part of this exercise , the college organised a talent hunt and ‘Teej — Tiranjan’ festival on August 12 and August 13.

Decision on vet,
animal sciences varsity hailed
Ludhiana, August 17
The Punjab State Veterinary Officers Association has hailed the decision of the state government to establish a veterinary and animal sciences university at Ludhiana. It was of the view that the move would go a long way in opening more avenues for veterinary professionals.
Rotary Club holds installation ceremony

Installation ceremony of Rotract Club of Govt College for Women, Ludhiana, was held and Ms Shivya Sahanan, president, and her team for the year 2005-06 was installed by president Rtn. Jatinder Chawla and Secretary Rtn. R.S. Behal of Rotary Club, Ludhiana (North).
