Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers have occurred at many places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and at isolated places in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cm are: Haryana: Rohtak 2, Himachal Pradesh: Bharwain, Ghamroor and Kandaghat 3 each and Paonta 1, Jammu and Kashmir: Patti 3 and Pahalgam and Quazigund 1 each, Punjab: Ludhiana and Patiala 5 each and Balachaur 4, east Rajasthan: Bhim 8, Deogarh 7, Gyangarh 5, Kishangarh and Mahuwa 4 each, Bahadurpur 3, Asind, Beawar, Didwana, Dataramgarh, Kaman, Nagar, Nawan, Niwai and Pisanganj 2 each and Gangapur and Jhalawar 1 each, west Rajasthan: Pungal 3 and Barmer, Churu, Lunkaransar and Sridundargarh 1 each, east Uttar Pradesh: Bani 5, Bhinga 3, Chhatnag, Ghazipur, Lucknow, Mirzapur and Raebareilly 2 each, west Uttar Pradesh: Bareilly 2 and Hindon 1 and Uttaranchal: Dehradun and Mukteshwar 3 each.
