Moonsoon has been active in west Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal.

Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers have occurred at most places in Uttaranchal, at many places in Uttar Pradesh, at a few places in Himachal Pradesh and Punjab and at isolated places in Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir and east Rajasthan. Weather was dry in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cm are Haryana: Ambala 2, Himachal Pradesh: Shimla 5, Sundernagar and Sujanpurtira 4 each, Guler 2 and Nagrotasurian 1, Jammu and Kashmir: Katra 3, Punjab: Nangal and Talwandibhai 1 each, East Uttar Pradesh: Mirzapur 6, Kanpur 4, Bani, Balrampur and Varanasi AP 3 each, Chandradeepghat, Neemsar and Sultanpur 2 each and Bansi, Basti, Gonda, Lucknow and Mukhlishpur 1 each, West Uttar Pradesh: Ankinghat 8, Moradabad 7, Auriya and Fatehgarh 3 each, Jhansi and Narora 2 each and Dabri and Etawah 1 each and Uttaranchal: Dehra Dun 9, Mukteshwar and Pantnagar 8 each, Kalagarh 5, Uttarkashi 4, Rishikesh 3, Srinagar 2 and Banbasa and Rudraprayag 1 each.
