Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell in west Rajasthan, rose in Punjab and Uttar Pradesh and changed little elsewhere. Departures: They were appreciably above normal in Haryana, Punjab, east Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, above normal in Jammu and Kashmir, west Rajasthan and Uttaranchal and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 6.7°C recorded at Sriganganagar (Rajasthan).
