Man found dead on rail track

A 25-year-old man was found dead this evening on track No. 1 here. The Government Railway Police (GRM) said the man had been identified as Onkar of Amethi by documents recovered from his pocket.

Clinics not treating waste, says board

French course at Chandi Mandir

The new foreign coach of Olympian Abhinav Bindra from Kazakhastan, Stanislav Lupidus, has devised a new strategy for the city-based air rifle shooter. In a brief interaction with this correspondent at the Markfed Shooting Range, Mohali, where Abhinav and his coach had come for practice for the Indo-Pak Punjab Games, Stanislav said, “I have asked Abhinav to lay stress on 50 m .22 event also, beside his original air rifle 10 m event.”
