Rainfall: Rain/snow has occurred at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh. Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell appreciably in Haryana, fell in Jammu and Kashmir and changed little elsewhere. Departure: They were markedly above normal in east Rajasthan, appreciably above normal in Haryana, Punjab, west Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 7.6°C recorded at Sarsawa (Uttar Pradesh).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 30: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 30: Mainly clear sky. Mist/fog in the morning. Minimum temperature will be around 12°C.
