Rainfall: Rain or thundershowers have occurred at most places in east Uttar Pradesh, at many places in Himachal Pradesh and Uttaranchal, at a few places in east Rajasthan and at isolated places in west Rajasthan and west Uttar Pradesh. Weather was dry in the rest of the region. The chief amount of rainfall in cms: Himachal Pradesh: Shimla 8, Nagrota Suriyan 5, Arki, Kasol, Pandoh and Sunni Bhajji 3 each and Guler, Sundernagar and Sujanpur Tira 1 each; East Rajasthan: Dhariabad 5, Nithauwa, Bari Sadri and Mount Abu 4 each, Jagpura, Salumbar, Kothda and Kelwara 3 each, Udaipur AP, Kusalgarh, Rajsammand, Aaspur, Sanwala, Gadola and Armod 2 each, and Saidpur, Ghatol, Pipal Khut, Loharia, Gogunda, Ballabhnahar, Bhim, Amer, Sagwada, Simanwara and Balesar 1 each; West Rajasthan: Bhinmal 5, Ahor 3, Pali Colony, Hemawas, Jawai Band and Sanchor 2 each, and Rampur Bandh, Ramnawi Bandh, Silbari, Sahi Bandh, Khandala, Kanaria, Jalore, Jaswantpura, Rawin Bandh and Sayala 1 each; east Uttar Pradesh: Gorakhpur 13, Bansi 12.

Heavy rainfall warning: Heavy rain is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, east Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal during the next 48 hours.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of June 19: Generally cloudy sky with possibility of rain/thundershowers in some areas. Maximum temperature will be around 38 °C.
