HELD FOR RAPE: Parminder Singh son of Mr Satinder Singh of Teja-Villa village was arrested on the charge of rape on Thursday. Earlier Kabal Singh was also arrested on February 12, 2004 and Partap Singh son of Prem Singh Jat of Ghasetpura village a policeman was arrested on April 8, 2004. 2 HELD FOR ROBBERY: The police here arrested Tara Singh son of Gurdial Singh and Baljeet Singh son of Ram Singh of Nanak Matta of Udham Singh Nagar district of Uttaranchal for committing robbery in Ghanga Kalan village 5 km from here. Arms including one .315 country made gun, one .12 country made pistol and 5 live cartridges were recovered from them. A case under Section 25,54 and 59 of the Arms Act was registered against them.
