Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: past 24-hour change: Minimum temperatures fell in east Rajasthan and changed little elsewhere.

Departure: They were above normal in Himachal Pradesh, west Rajasthan and Uttaranchal and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 6.0°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of February 17: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of February 17: Mainly clear sky. Strong surface winds are likely during day time. Mist in the morning. Minimum temperature will be around 10°C.

Farmers’ weather bulletin for Delhi: forecast valid until the morning of February 17: Sky will be mainly clear.
