Rainfall: Rain or snow has occurred at most places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir and at many places in Uttaranchal. Rain or thundershowers have occurred at most places in Haryana and Punjab, at a few places in west Uttar Pradesh and at isolated places in east Rajasthan. Weather was dry in the rest of the region.
