Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures rose in Punjab, fell in east Uttar Pradesh and changed little elsewhere. Departure: They were appreciably below normal in Punjab, below normal in Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir and east Uttar Pradesh, above normal in east Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 2.6°C recorded at Adampur and Amritsar (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 29: Weather will be mainly dry over the region.
