Rainfall:
Rain or snow has occurred at many places in Jammu and Kashmir, at a few places in Uttaranchal and at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh. Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell appreciably in Haryana, fell in Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab and west Rajasthan and changed little elsewhere. Departure: They were appreciably above normal in east Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 4.5°C recorded at Amritsar (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 21: Rain or snow is likely at a few places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.
