Rainfall:
Rain or thundershowers have occurred at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather was dry in the rest of the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell in Jammu and Kashmir and changed little elsewhere.

Departure: They were markedly above normal in east Rajasthan, appreciably above normal in east Uttar Pradesh, above normal in Haryana, west Rajasthan and west Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 9.7°C recorded at Amritsar.

Forecast valid until the morning of November 11: Rain or thundershowers are likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab and Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 11: Mainly clear sky. Mist in the morning. Minimum temperature will be around 14°C.
