Rain or thundershowers have occurred at many places in east Rajasthan, at a few places in Punjab and at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and east Uttar Pradesh. Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region.

The chief amounts of rainfall in cms are: Himachal Pradesh: Guler 1, east Rajasthan: Arnod and Ganeshpur 4 each, Asnawar, Dungla, Dhambola and Jadol 3 each, Chittorgarh, Pratapgarh and Sagwara 2 each and Aspur, Begu and Udaipur city 1 each and east Uttar Pradesh: Regoli 3 and Jaunpur 1.

Forecast valid until the morning of September 22: Rain or thundershowers are likely at a few places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, east Rajasthan, east Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and at isolated places in Haryana, Punjab and west Uttar Pradesh. Weather will be mainly dry in west Rajasthan.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of September 22: Partly cloudy sky with possibility of light rain/thundery development in some areas.
