Voters could, in the fortnight beginning September 11, verify their names in the electoral roll after the Directorate of Election makes arrangements for the lists to be read out in the Resident Welfare Associations and Gram Sabhas. The exercise will conclude on September 27.

Gang of quacks busted, seven nabbed

With the arrest of seven persons who obtained fake medical degrees from Sampoornanand University and had been practising in Delhi for the last 15 years, the East district police today claimed to have busted a group of quacks.
