Rainfall: Rain or thundershowers have occurred at most places in east Rajasthan, at a few places in west Rajasthan, west Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and at isolated places in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in mms are: Haryana: Gurgaon 3 and Faridabad 1, Himachal Pradesh: Dhundhi 3, Bhang and Solangnala 2 each and Barsar, Shimla and Sunibhaji 1 each, east Rajasthan: Jayal and Rawatbhata 6 each, Nasirabad 5, Dholpur 4, Ajmer, Amet, Chawali Dam, Gadola, Ladpura and Urmilsagar 3 each, Amer, Bari, Chittorgarh, Pratapgarh, Pushkar, Rainbasera, Srinagh, Sawan Bhabo and Vijaynagar 2 each and Didwana, Hindoli, Jhalawar, Kapasantank, Mandal, Nagaur and Nawa 1 each, west Rajasthan: Sanchore and Sujangarh 2 each and Jodhpur and Nal 1 each, east Uttar Pradesh: Chandradeepghat 5, Khadda 3, Bansi 2 and Balrampur and Regoli 1 each, west Uttar Pradesh: Hindon and Kalpi 2 each and Mohana 1 and Uttaranchal: Uttarkashi 6, Joshimath 2 and Rudraprayag 1.
