Ludhiana, June 22
An innings of 84 runs by Atul Kohli and a valuable contribution of 39 runs by Puneet enabled the Charanjit Singh Ahluwalia XI to register a convincing 52-run victory over Anil Bharti XI and lift the trophy in the seventh Chaman Lal Malhotra Cricket Cup Tournament (under-15) organised by the Ludhiana District Cricket Association (LDCA) at the Arya College for Boys ground here today. Electing to bat first after winning the toss, Charanjit Singh Ahluwalia XI scored a challenging total of 204 runs for the loss of nine wickets in their quota of 35 overs.
