Kudos to the judgement passed by Justice J. D. Kapoor against the misuse of the anti-dowry laws. All is not well at the Crime Against Women Cells. This remedy has proved worse than the disease. It is not denied that there are genuine cases of dowry demands. But the experience has shown that these provisions are in a majority of cases being misused.
