Bhiwani students will trudge to Rohtak for re-exam

The candidates of Government College, Bhiwani, whose examinations scheduled for April 24 (evening) were cancelled due to outside interference and mass copying, will now have to travel to Rohtak to take a re-examination. The candidates, who could not attend the examinations on the following day, April 25 (evening), will also have to take re-examination at Rohtak.

The examination of MA (Previous) Economics — 1) Micro-Economic Analysis - I (2015) and ii) Economic Theory (2015-A), which were cancelled on April 24, will now be held on June 12 at University College, Rohtak, from 2 pm to 5 pm. The re-examination of BA/BSc - II, MA (Previous)Psychology and Shashtri I, which were earlier scheduled for April 25, will now be held at University College, Rohtak on June 12. While the BA/BSc - II would be held in the morning from 9 am to 12 noon, the other papers would be held from 2 pm to 5 pm. The MA (Final) Economics paper, which was earlier scheduled for May 15, will also be held on June 12 in the afternoon at University College here. The MA (Previous) Economics — Gender Economics III and IV (2022-X-A) and MA (Previous) English — Literature in English (1550-1661) (2001) and History of English Literature (1400-1939) old (2001-A), which were earlier scheduled for May 9, would be held on June 13 at University College here in the morning. The BA/BSc (Mathematics - 5036) and BA/BSc Physics – II (5063) papers, earlier scheduled for April 28, will also be held on June 13 in the afternoon session here.

MDU degree results: Maharshi Dayanand University has declared the dates for announcing results of the examinations of the undergraduate classes. Dr K. C. Bharadwaj, Controller of Examinations of the university, said today that the results of BA, BSc, B Com (first year and supplementary) examinations would be declared on June 1 and those of second and third year on June 6 and 10, respectively.

Vaish college to start new courses

Jhajjar, May 30
The Vaish College for Women at Bahadurgarh has introduced new professional and postgraduate courses for the new academic session.
According to a Bahadurgarh Shiksha Sabha press release, the state government has allowed the college to run postgraduate courses (MA) in English and political science, which would be introduced from the coming session.

The college has also started science courses at the undergraduate level. Apart from these courses, MCom, home science and other professional courses like BCA, OMPS and NTT would also be introduced. OC
