Ludhiana, April 25
The three-day match of the Punjab State Inter-District Cricket Championship (under 15 category) between Ludhiana and Jalandhar which concluded at the Burlton Park ground of Jalandhar ended in a draw today. However, Jalandhar, on the basis of their first innings lead of 99 runs, earned five points while Ludhiana had to content with three points.
Today, in their second essay, Ludhiana were 158 for two after 70 overs when the match was called off. Bharat Malhotra, student of local Kundan Vidya Mandir School missed the ton by just one run while Atul Kohli scored 45 runs.
