Jindal Steel and Power lift Scindia Gold
Cup New Delhi, February 23 Signature forged ahead when Bashir Ali struck home a goal in the very first chukker. Capt. S K Yadav put Jindal Steel and Power at par when he scored a fine goal, and then Shamsheer Ali gained the lead for them. Shamsheer Ali then converted two penalties to widen the lead of Jindal Steel and Power. Angad Kalaan scored the second goal for Signature in the third chukker. In the final chukker, Jindal Steel scored three goals to seal the title win.
Standard Chartered beat Spectramind Standard Chartered Bank defeated Spectramind by 16 runs in a league match of the third Reebok Cup Cricket Tournament at the Siri Fort ground. A century partnership between Amit and Varun in 11.4 overs helped the Bankmen win. Scores:

Women exhibit their driving
skills New Delhi, February 23 The participants were given a navigation chart, which contained route directions and driving speed. The navigator was to help the driver in chalking out the route and adhering to the speed limits. There were several passage control and time control points en route. If the team missed a passage control or time control point, penalty points were awarded. Penalty points were also awarded for not adhering to speed limits given in the navigation chart. The team with the least penalty points were declared the winners. The women's power drive also helped inculcate safe driving habits among participants. |
