Region to have dry weather New Delhi, December 26 Temperatures: past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell appreciably in west Rajasthan, Punjab and east Uttar Pradesh and changed little elsewhere. Departure: They were appreciably above normal in Jammu and Kashmir, east Rajasthan, Haryana and east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 4.1°C recorded at Bikaner (Rajasthan).
